JAG Products WARRANTY:

With respect to bankware purchased from an authorised JAG Products dealer or direct from JAG Products via its online store, JAG Products warrants, to the original consumer only, that its bankware will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during normal and customary use for 10 years from the original date of purchase from an authorised retailer or JAG Products Online Store (“the ten year warranty”),  provided (1) in the case of any product for which the consumer wishes to exercise the ten year warranty, the consumer presents proof of purchase in the form of an original cash register or online receipt from the authorised retailer or JAG Products from whom the consumer purchased the product, and (2) the bankware has not been abused, altered, defaced, or misused, or otherwise damaged through the act or neglect of the consumer or a third party.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or wear of any kind on the following products: Lockdown, Safeliner & Rod Locker inserts – JAG Clothing Inserts, All cosmetic and other repairs not covered under this warranty may be made for a fee.

If a defect appears during the warranty period of the product, and you comply with the requirements above, JAG Products, in its sole discretion, will (1) repair the defect; (2) replace the defective product with the same or a comparable product; or (3) refund your actual purchase price less reasonable depreciation based on actual use in any instance where the product is no longer available and repair is not possible upon prompt return of the product to JAG Products through any authorised JAG Products deal

European Customers

– Euro prices are for information purposes only (using current exchange rates), all payments are made in GBP.
– UK VAT will be removed from all products sold to the EU.
– It is the customers responsibility to pay local VAT when contacted by DPD. Any returned parcels will be refunded less carriage fee.
– Isotopes cannot be sent outside of the UK.
