We at Prolite Explorer have been using the NU25 almost exclusively (With the exception of the NU43 for lamping & long stays) for well over 18 months. The new design of the popular headlamp provides dual primary lights; a spotlight and floodlight. The dual primary lights can be used together or independently, achieving the ideal combination of long distance throw and flood beam. In addition, the NU25 has a red light for map viewing, emergency use, stargazing, wildlife observation and night photography.
The NU25 is operated by a dual switch interface on the top of the unit for fast and efficient one-handed use. Next to the mode button is a power indicator which offers the following information on remaining battery power:
