This means that the Pear lead is suited to most carp fishing situations, fishing at any range up to the very limit of your casting ability. The ‘pear’ shape can be used to your advantage – it will plug into silt, thus giving more of a bolt effect than would usually be achieved with lighter leads, and the rounded end makes it great for feeling the drop and determining what type of lake bed it has landed on. Available in: 1.1oz, 1.5oz, 2oz, 2.5oz, 3oz, 3.5oz, 4oz.
